IFUTU FIDELINE

Initial formation is important in religious life since it initiates young sisters into their religious life. Therefore, those who are chosen to complete God’s work in formation should have important background information to form others in this life. Accordingly, I am delighted to participate in the formators’ formation organized at the UISG to be enriched with new information that I will receive from the courses and others’ experiences to prepare myself for the new responsibility assigned to me in formation.

Due to so many challenges in life, and fuelled by the taboo in an African culture, these make it difficult to journey with individual and on the other hand, the individual potential candidate finds it difficult to let go and confine on the formator, then what is the best inclusive strategy to use in the process of journeying with formees which will initiate or trigger the importance of discerning the will of God and the genuine search in an individual. Coming together from diverse countries and diverse realities, we will be able to identify the real obstacle which makes us failures to journey with individuals in our time, through sharing.
