Online program for Participants from Asia and Africa

The Discerning Leadership Program, the UISG and the USG, offer a formation on leadership for Superiors General and General Councilors based in Africa, and Asia. The formation will focus on the personal and spiritual leadership of the leaders to enhance their capacities to lead their teams and congregations.

DATES:

• 5, 6, 7 February 2025
• 12, 13, 14 February 2025
• 19, 20, 21 February 2025
• 26, 27, 28 February 2025

Time will be from 9h to 12:30h (Rome Time)

METHODOLOGY:

The online formation combines inputs from experts, personal reflection time, and sharing with diverse peers.

PARTICIPANTS:

This online formation is targeted for up to 250 participants based in Asia and Africa consisting of:

• Superior Generals
• General Councillors
• 1-2 members nominated by the General Council who would subsequently share the leadership formation, process and materials with other members of the congregation

It is greatly encouraged the participation of a group of at least 1-2 General Council members including the Superior General.

LANGUAGE:

English, with simultaneous translations in other languages based on the demand.

COST:

The formation is subsidized by the Discerning Leadership Program, the UISG, the USG, and the Conrad N. Hilton Foundation.
