This 3-day in-person workshop, funded by the Conrad N Hilton Foundation, is designed specifically for members of General Councils. It offers a safe, faith-centered space to explore sensitive issues and acquire practical tools for leadership in intercultural and intergenerational contexts.

Leadership in diverse and faith-centered communities requires navigating complex dynamics with grace and insight. This workshop balances depth with accessibility, ensuring participants leave with actionable tools and a renewed sense of purpose.
