This introductory course on Conflict Transformation offers a Process Work approach to conflict. We shall explore the different levels of conflict, especially the personal, interpersonal, and team levels, as we unveil the interconnection between them. We shall be guided by the Butterfly Framework. This Framework is holistic in nature and will help us to navigate the complexity of conflict with awareness, making us more whole.

This course will help you:

• Encounter and work with new inner and outer resources for change.
• Discover and identify unexpected and transformative resources you can tap into.
• Access innovative, nonlinear methods for creative problem solving. 
• Find meaning in obstacles and disturbances.
• Gain distance from your everyday mind.
• Refine your awareness and ability to integrate new information.
• Expand your teamwork toolkit with relationship and conflict facilitation practices 
• Feel more connected to yourself, your community, your congregation and the world.
• Discover innovative tools for remaining centered and resilient
