Sisterhood at the Synod: UISG Welcomes Consecrated Women and Laywomen

 

On Tuesday, October 8, the International Union of Superiors General (UISG) had the honor of opening its doors to welcome consecrated women and laywomen from around the world, attending the Synod. This gathering was a special occasion of unity and sharing, a true moment of deep communion among the participants.

 

The meeting brought together over 60 women, creating a space for the exchange of ideas and testimonies, strengthening the sense of belonging to a global community of women dedicated to faith and service.

 

During the meeting, the participants experienced moments of prayer and reflection, where the joy of sharing intertwined with the depth of discussions. The beauty of the diversity of experiences and cultures merged into one voice of faith, highlighting the strength and richness of women’s commitment within the Church.
