For UISG and USG, Congregational Safeguarding Delegates are those people who carry responsibility for safeguarding matters at Congregational level, and who ensure communication with the Congregational leader and her/his team. They may also have a responsibility to liaise with Safeguarding Delegates at Province Level, and with the Vatican Dicasteries that deal with allegations of abuse.
