The Discerning Leadership Program, the UISG and the USG, offer a formation on leadership for Superiors General and General Councilors based in Africa and Asia. 

The formation will focus on the personal and spiritual leadership of the leaders to enhance their capacities to lead their teams and congregations. 

For a Congregation to access participation, the Superior General of the Congregation has to participate. It is also greatly encouraged the participation of at least 2-3 Council members of his/her congregation.

DATES:

The formation will consist of 24-sessions online distributed in 12 days.

•  7, 8, 9 February 2024
• 14, 15, 16 February 2024
• 21, 22, 23 February 2024
• 28, 29 February & 1 March 2024

Time of the sessions will be from 9h to 12:30h (Rome Time) on each of the days.

Additionally, it will be expected that the Council Team gets together after each training day for 1 more hour to reflect and deepen their understanding.

The applications are open until the 15th of November.
After this date all the applications will be reviewed by our team and we will inform all the applicants after the 15th of December. In order to apply, you should do it for all the members of the Congregation that will participate at once (only for Superiors General and General Councilors) by filling this form.
