A trauma informed approach to leadership acknowledges that many people have experienced forms of trauma that require us to provide special attention, compassion, an skill or order to create conditions for them to contribute and thrive in our organizations. Leaders who bring trauma-informed awareness and skills into practice are better able to support people in working through their limits and optimizing their strengths in service o our missions, and of our communities.

SPEAKER:
Thomas Hubl - Teacher, author, and international facilitator who works within the complexity of systems and cultural change, integrating the core insights of the great wisdom traditions and spirituality with the discoveries of science. 

LANGUAGES:

The formation wilL be held in English. Simultaneous translation into Spanish and Italian wil be provided.

The price of the Formation series is 350€.
