Meeting on Reconciliation: Exploring Ways to Respond to Violence and Evil
As part of the formation of regional representatives of "Mission and Identity" from JRS, dedicated to the theme "Leading through Accompaniment to Reconciliation," taking place from December 9 to 15, 2024, the Jesuit Refugee Service (JRS) is organizing a special meeting on December 12, 2024, with Ms. Agnese Moro and Fr. Guido Bertagna, SJ. The meeting, which will be held from 3:00 PM to 5:30 PM, will take place in the Aula of the General Curia of the Jesuits, at Borgo Santo Spirito 4, and will focus on the crucial theme of Reconciliation, with a particular emphasis on "Possible ways to respond to violence and evil."
This event represents a valuable opportunity for reflection for JRS partners and religious congregations engaged in the mission of promoting reconciliation as a path to healing, peace, and unity in response to the fractures that mark our world. Sharing experiences and visions on how to address violence and evil is essential for our common commitment.
We invite all interested parties to participate in the meeting, which represents an important opportunity for growth and dialogue.
