The purpose of the Discerning Leadership Program is to build the capacity of senior Church leaders for the mission of discernment, reform and renewal in a Synodal Church.

Annually, the Program offers 3 courses in Rome, in English, in Spanish, and in Italian.

• Senior Vatican Administrators with Management Responsibilities
• Superior Generals and General Councilors
• Bishops and General Vicars
• Lay Executive Officers of Catholic Organizations

HOW

The formation consists of two four-day residential modules

• Module 1 focuses on the personal development of the Discerning Leader
• Module 2 focuses on the interpersonal and organizational dimensions of Discerning Leadership.

The Program combines the inputs from experts, personal reflection time, and sharing with diverse peers, and provides follow up webinars.
