Formation for Congregational Leaders and Councils

UISG offers an online program to equip Congregational Leaders and General Councils with the knowledge and skills to navigate leadership challenges, build strong teams, cultivate well-being, and connect with fellow leaders from around the world!

Please note that it would be good to have a minimum of 4 Council sisters, including the General Leader, to get the most out of the course.

The course is sponsored by the Conrad N. Hilton Foundation

DETAILS:

• Online sessions for 3 consecutive days
• 2 PM - 4:15 PM (Rome time)
• Languages: English - with live translation into Italian, French, and Spanish (Other languages may be available on request)
• Registrations close on November 22, 2024 

The four-module program focuses on:

• Responding to the Call (December 3-5, 2024)
• Teamwork (January 14-16, 2025)
• Canon Law (March 24-26, 2025)
• Being Your Best Self (June 11-13, 2025)
