The topic is "Responding to Concerns and Allegations". This Webinar will address how both concerns and allegations can be identified and addressed in ministry and community life. Very often low level concerns are dismissed as not having any connection to safeguarding or indeed in creating a culture of care and protection. They are also dismissed because of the avoidance of having difficult conversations. Such avoidance means that often low level concerns have an accumulative impact and can lead to more serious actual or potential risks. Being able to identify the red flags which should alert everyone to respond professionally to both concerns and allegations is an important step in creating a safe culture of care, protection and prevention.
